Do you notice yourself affected by the computer and tv screens? I myself feel my ability to know me is hijacked! The crazy thing is I volunteered for that experience. It dawned on my that many people are having this experience and not even realizing it. Then they are also attempting to connect with their hearts and wondering why it's so hard. Just maybe it's the time spent with the screens...
