When you create skill sets to control the outcomes of your life you are in survival mode! While this does serve to navigate out of trauma, it does not promote expansion.... Time to shed the survival skills for a deeper relationship with self!

Everyday I want to nudge you a little into loving yourself. So many are blocked from this simple idea. Maybe you don't believe it is your job to love you? Maybe you have beliefs that make it seem you don't deserve to be loved? Or a program that you will love yourself when there is time left over at the end of the day! What?!!! Yes, I had all three of these lit up at one time and see it all around me in the people I work with.

There is a much better way! More fun, more love and it is simple!

Yesterday was all about leaving a piece of me behind. It no longer could travel with me, yet I spent so many years denying it was there that I really had to slow down and take a day to notice that yes indeed it is there!!!

What was it you ask? My belief that I had no choice to be in NJ and because of that I am a victim!

This idea is now in the way of my expanding further and receiving inspired action for being in NJ!

I am so greatful to have friends like Ursula who step up and hold spce for me to realize and release the parts of me that are ready to go!

All healing happens within. So why do we always look for external fixes?! First, because we were taught to. Second, because in doing so we can ignore what is coming up to be released! If we tried this differently, and instead allowed what wants to come up, be heard... Life might begin to open into new realities. It is worth a try!

I woke up and read my 'Disappearance of the Universe' book. It was amazing!! Every time I return to this book I witness my own expansion. The book is always expanding with me offering more every time. I believe life works this way too! It is only in being willing to expand that we have the opportunity to see what that actually means.
