Essential Marks of a Spiritual Leader: 1.Call of God- essential mark of a spiritual leader. 2. Mandate of God- divine mandate of the call is defined.3. A leader must be able to move people from where they are to where God wants them to be. 4. Spiritual leaders use spiritual means; Acts 4:1-8, 1 Sam 10:6 . Dependance on the Spirit of God. A leader must be empowered by the Spirit of God. 5. A spiritual leader is accountable to God. 6. A spiritual leader works from God’s agenda. 7. Spiritual leaders hear from God.
