She talks about the difficulty being in hospital and missing out on your pregnancy and everything exciting that comes with it, the rush of her hospital admission and then Quinn's birth, and their very positive SCBU stay.

Today we speak with Keegan, who's twin girls were born at 29+1 after an easy and simple pregnancy before she went into labour. They had a pretty straightforward stay and made it home at 37 weeks which is amazing!

Keegan is lovely and she's doing so well as a single mama to twins - no easy feat.

Today we speak with Sam, mum to Navy, Easton and Bodhi. Navy was born at term but was discovered within the hour after birth that she had a congenital pulmonary airway malformation - basically her right lung had not formed properly.

Navy was life flighted from Hawkes Bay to Wellington at 6 hours old and had surgery to remove her lung at just 3 days old.

Sam talks about Navy's diagnosis, their NICU journey, and her subsequent pregnancies and births with her sons and how her journey with Navy really shaped her family.

Shannon is super open and honest and talks a lot about her experiences, feelings and her journey with Grayson but in particularly about her mental health.

Caroline speaks of the scary conversations she had not thinking that her baby was going to survive, her resounding need to know the facts and also hold out hope, their long, long NICU stay and how Tyler is doing now at 6 months old.

She also talks about how every journey is important but also every journey is different, and that that's important for her to share as she was in the position, before Tyler was born, where she needed optimism but also a reality check.

Today we speak to Erin, super mum of three. Her eldest boys Blake and Lachlan were born at term after straightforward pregnancies, but her daughter, Paige, arrived at just 23+4 weeks after a few hospital admissions to bleeding and her waters breaking.

Erin shares her struggles with splitting her time, her incredibly long and somewhat difficult NICU journey, and how Paige is doing now.

Today we are talking to Albertine, who's second daughter Amelia was born overdue and was LGA coming in at nearly 5.5kg!

She had some breathing issues at birth and needed her sugars monitored which meant a short stay in NICU but was a rough road for Albertine who had been through birth before and knew what she was missing out on.

All in all a small blip but a scary one nonetheless!
