We tend to pick up baggage as we go through life, and just like when you bring home random souvenirs, if you don't sort through it and get rid of what you don't really need, you end up with a bunch of junk that you'll drag around because it feels easier to just pack it up, than to think about whether you truly want it or not. This week, we're  going to discuss 5 pieces of baggage you don't need to carry.

Labor Day is here! Meaning, summer is coming to an end. Although summer was full of adventures, traveling, and creating memories, the Hot Girl Summer has me out of whack with what I'm supposed to be focused on at the moment. It's time for a cleanse! Cleanse and detox your life in the areas that lack nutrients and attention. Dig deep internally with things you struggle with, and work towards fixing them. 

As we wrap up our self love series, our final thing to do is simply be and spread love. Embrace love, but also pass it along to the next person that may be in need. The energy that you put out in the world, is the same energy that's going to come right back to you. If all you're doing is speaking negativity into your life, what do you think is going to happen? Let's love ourselves first, and let that same love shine through us so that others are moved by our love.

Healing is the process of making or becoming sound or healthy again. Healing comes in different forms that are based on individual preferences. In order to live a happy life filled with spreading love and being loved, one must fully and properly heal from things that create triggers in one's mental being. Healing is not an easy process, and takes a great deal of work. It'll require you to revisit the same hurt that once was dug so deep it was forgotten, but once treated properly, it'll no longer have an affect on you. Healing is definitely necessary and a beautiful process (after the fact, when it's time for reflection). 

As we enter into our Self Love Series, we want to learn more of who we are, and embrace more of the things that makes us different. We all have something unique about us, and it's time that we live in that truth. No more hiding who we really are, or the things we like to do. Take me as I am, or watch me as I leave :)

We want our listeners to understand the importance of self love and self growth. The way you treat yourself and embrace yourself can either positively or negatively affect the way you treat other people. Self love is NOT selfish!!!! You cannot truly love another until you know how to love yourself.

As we enter into Summer, it is time that we Seize the Day and live life as each day presents it. Summer is all about traveling, going to concerts, and living in the moment. There's no time to be Boring Belinda's! "Don't Wait. The time will never be just right". Shoot your shot ALL SUMMER 19! :)

Life throws unexpected surprises each day. Sometimes we are meant to learn and grow from the situation, and sometimes we just simply need to let go of the situation. On this episode we discuss  the different ways of determining whether the situation is something you should keep, or let go of.

In this episode we recognize that conflict is due to happen, no matter how hard we may try to avoid it. Conflict triggers strong emotions and can lead to hurt feelings, disappointment, and discomfort. When handled in an unhealthy manner, it can cause irreparable rifts, resentments, and breakups. But when conflict is resolved in a healthy way, it increases our understanding of one another, builds trust, and strengthens our relationship bonds.
