FOLLOW THE WHITE RABBIT

The Disney marathon continues. This time it's the turn of the (apparently) drug abuse inspiring Alice in Wonderland. There's so many songs in this movie, the most of any Disney movie so the main focus of this episode is the titular "Alice in Wonderland", the dreamy "In a World of My Own" and the dropped "Beyond a Laughing Sky". Ben is listening to lofi hip-hop beats to relax/study to, Dietrich might be going to the cinema dressed as Sailor Moon character and Alex reads books.

GOTTA CATCH 'EM ALL

Oh yeah, it's millennials reminiscing about Pokémon time! This week we are breaking down the succinctly named Pokémon The First Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back. Although we talk about a couple of songs from the soundtrack, the main focus of the episode is Blessid Union of Souls tearjerker "Brother My Brother". ROBOTS IN DISGUISE

When it comes to filmographies, I think it's more than fair to say that Michael Bay's list of work is a mixed bag. And nothing sums that up better than the 2007 live-action adaptation of Transformers. When the massive CGI mech battles finally end, we hear the late great Chester Bennington begin to sing "What I've Done". Alex joins the early noughties rock band The Used as a vocal percussionist, Ben is staring at yellowy-brown ceilings and Dietrich tracks product placement.

Our run through of every single Disney animated classic continues with the story about how a young girl, with help from an army of obedient mice and a sprinkle of magic, escapes slavery to become a princess: Cinderella. It's been a very long time coming but a big budget LeBron James led sequel is happening, so to celebrate we are going back to the original Looney Tune's adventure: Space Jam. There's plenty of songs in the movie, so in part 1 we look at "I Believe I Can Fly" and the titular "Space Jam".
