Timea Urban joined us today to talk about her journey from being a registered nurse (which she still does) at a major Toronto hospital to diving into the energy world where she is now a Reiki master.

She went from being trauma nurse to transferring to being an ICU nurse trying to find the thing that was needing to be discovered in herself, where things started to really break her. From there she started to spiral downwards in all areas of her life, and she began to notice things were changing (not for the better) and she wasn’t able to rise in staying where she was and  eventually hit a big bump that woke her up to a new healthier mindful way of living. She talks about that journey, the transition from one life to another. She talks about the lessons she learned and how important her new way of life has in an essence saved her.

Timea goes over tools to help you move through problems and traumas.  

She is still a bedside nurse, but also a yoga instructor and Reiki master. She started her company the Urban Healer. She explains what Reiki is and the beauty of it. She talks about the fear of starting a new business in the opposite world of what she has been doing for so long. She talks about the fear of doing something so different.
