We talk about events from the past year. Mandates... The orders may be enforced just as any other law would be. For the general public, there aren't any noticeable differences between a statute, an order, and a mandate; they are all laws that the government is allowed to write and enforce. These orders issued are laws, even though the legislature didn't vote on them, because the legislature already gave that power to the health department when it was created. In my opinion (Randy), it's pretty close to unconstitutional. Unless it's a law that is actually voted on, pushing fines, sanctions, and/or forcing something on someone that is unwanted by that person, ie healthcare, is not right. Again, That's my opinion (Randy), agree, or disagree. Stay positive, treat each other kindly, and give each other some grace for 2021. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
