There is power in confession.
James 5:16 tells us, “Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”
Romans 10:9-10 tells us “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
From these two passages alone, God clearly connects confession with healing and salvation!
But why should we care about the regular practice of confession?
