Being Consistent, Consistently. Think about the areas in your life that you strive to be consistent- whether it’s in the classroom or a personal goal like working out. It’s easy to talk about, but is it easy to do?

After a break from work, it can be so tough to get back into the groove! Routines are essential for me, so I find that there are necessary things for me to do when I start back after a long break. Listen to what helps me get me back into the groove as an Instructional Coach.

Balancing work, family, and extra curricular events can be so challenging. Even if we zoom into just work as educators, there’s always so much to do. Is it truly possible to be balanced?

Fact: Instructional Coaching can feel like an island of a job. However, you don’t have to go at it alone. Don’t hesitate to call in the troops.

In a moment of self reflection, I realize that sometimes my face depicts my mood and may not allow others to want to approach me. Listen to some strategies that I’m working on myself, like fixing my face, in order to be an approachable IC.
