Dave Plotts joins the conversation around leadership from the perspective of his time in the US Navy, his work in IT, and his leadership as an Executive Director of Business Operations. Besides all of those experiences, Dave is one of the most thoughtful folks I know. His perspective on life and what matters has been shaped by being a loving husband and fantastic father.
