A throwback from the summer of 2014!

In this episode of Ride Your Ride I rode out with some upstanding youths from during the 3 Day Teen Empowerment Summit. The event was orchestrated to help motivate and inspire teens from around the 757. Listen in to what some the teens of Hampton Roads had to say about there experience and what the summit means to them.

I was truly honored to host the 4th annual Walk to End Lupus in Newport News a few weekends ago!

Lupus is a mysterious disease that is poorly understood by many. People affected by this brutal disease can often feel alone and powerless. But that day was the exception. That Saturday was a day that members of the lupus community came together to form a united bond and take steps toward a cure.
