The Las Vegas Raiders are the newest team trying to get in on the Deshaun Watson sweepstakes. Apparently, the team is ready to deal Derek Carr, Darren Waller and draft picks to make an offer enticing enough to the Houston Texans to get them to trade the elite quarterback.
