There are words as a Strong Friend that we fight hard not to utter out of our mouths. We do our best to not acknowledge when we are slipping into a depressive or low state in our minds and emotions. We fight or isolate ourselves in order to “protect our image” instead of allowing the Holy Spirit to help us.

Girl…it’s time to be unthawed.

We can’t keep allowing ourselves to trigger our freeze 🥶 response without acknowledging how to bring ourselves back into forward moving. Strong friend, I know that you can find yourself dealing with bouts of procrastination and laziness which lead you to be harsh with yourself. STOP 🛑 that negative self talk and let’s acknowledge that you may be experiencing a trauma response. You’re freezing 🥶 girl ‘cause your body is dealing with memories that haven’t been processed, recognized, or managed. It’s ok. Let’s talk.
