After the door from the security of Melissa Deally’s corporate job closed due to being let go, it ended up being a wonderful gift because it led Melissa to learn about brain supplementation which was a huge help after both her daughters received concussions within two months of each other!! Ouch!! Now that’s painful myrony!! Melissa shares how the first concussion was a blessing in disguise for her one daughter but the second one was maybe a message for her because she didn’t pay attention to following this path with the first concussion and sometimes it takes a couple of times before we get the hint. So sorry to Melissa’s younger daughter for going through the injury but thank you for being the catalyst because it wasn’t until after Melissa saw the myrony of a specific license plate that she felt truly was a sign guiding her that helped her continue her path to be an Integrative Health Practitioner and Registered Health Coach. Jack Russo & Alysha explain in this episode the incredibly myronic way they became business partners. Russo also shares his history of originally working with the law firm that turned Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak down which adds one last colorful story connected to Apple (Listen to Ep. 16-18 to hear the other ones). He later starts his own practice Computerlaw Group LLP in Palo Alto where he has been a mentor to many start-ups in their beginning phases. Alysha has the pleasure of meeting Marc Canter all because she listened to her “Spidey Sense” after Erica O’Grady (Episode 8) told her about Jeff Pulver’s networking group (Episode 15) which is how they connected. However, it was after the biggest myrony that connected Daniel Kottke from last week’s episode (Episode 17) that Alysha knew meeting Marc was for a greater reason. Hear the continued story from last week’s episode of the early days of Silicon Valley where Canter shares about his experience with Jobs and how Canter’s software MacroMind (which later became Macromedia) was also in the first Apple Computers. Canter shares his extremely colorful history in the software world including his claim to fame with video games (remember Professor Pac-Man?) and his meeting with Bill Gates…we know even if you are not into computers will appreciate the story he shares. Canter finally explains about his latest creativity & entertainment tool known as Instigate.ai where we will be able to tell a “story” with AI that we get to create. Daniel Kottke met Steve Jobs during the first couple of weeks while at Reed College. They became friends after Kottke introduced Jobs to spirituality which later included them going to India in search of enlightenment. Kottke shares how he was Apple’s first part-time employee, worked in the now infamous garage of Job’s parents and the early history behind Apple. In this episode we get to hear the true story about Jobs and the early years of Apple from another perspective and it is fascinating!! Another big myrony is how Daniel and Alysha met from two chance meetings which the latest one was thanks to last week’s guest Ernest White II. As we know there are no coincidences so was their meeting so he could share his story here? We believe so because “That’s Myrony”!!

Ernest White II is proof how when we let go of fear and resistance, doors open in ways we never imagined. Also by being in action even in his darkest days was sometimes the key to unlock the opportunities. Listen how at one point he had only $.15 in his account as he is still filming Fly Brother…But thanks to tenacity and also faith he pushed through when most would have crumbled and because he did, he now has his successful travel docu-series Fly Brother and Presidio Pictures Production Company!

Jeff Pulver shares by being true to himself at the young age of 8, despite it causing great loneliness ended up being the catalyst for him to learn how to get a license with the FCC that allowed him to communicate as an amateur radio operator at age 12. The same FCC years later would issue the Pulver Order in 2004 which is the reason we all have the ability to communicate over the internet openly and freely and this is thanks to Jeff seeing the necessity from a premonition he had in a dream. Another silver lining to Jeff’s early years of loneliness and his passion of amateur radio is what myronically lead him to become an Internet Pioneer in the field of Voice over Internet Protocol. The insight and wisdom Jeff shares, we felt was so important and is the reason for the length of this episode.
