John Barry (1933 - 2011) was one of the most prolific and distinctive film composers. After exploring his early years (episode 0072), Anthony and Don continue their debriefing of John Barry’s life and discography. This time they focus on the swinging 1960s, but excluding all his Bond-scores and award-winning-scores. Those are to be discussed another day.

Still, this episode features no less than twenty films and scores, from Zulu to Midnight Cowboy and many more! With more than 60 music cues and multiple audio clips from the books The Man With The Midas touch (narrated by Alice Dryden) and A Sixties Theme (narrated by Robbie Sims), this podcast is quite a journey back in time!

He has worked on the GoldenEye25 project, a remake of the popular Nintendo64 game and is currently working on a brand new spy game called SPIES. Recently his incredible album The Janus Files was released on every major music platform.
