Today I want to talk to you about leadership.  I read a recent article in INC magazine where Bill Gates was talking about what will separate successful from unsuccessful leaders over the next while.   He says that the #1 key ingredient will be Leaders that "Empower Others" over the next century.   He goes on to say that all leaders separate themselves with their skills and habits and their ability to influence others.  But, the key will be the ability to EMPOWER and build up others.   Let's talk about this in todays podcast.   Thanks for listening.
