Lena's evolution began just before a big birthday, when she was lost somewhere in the South of France. She was meant to be on a weeklong hiking trip but couldn't even find the trailhead to begin. It was the first time in her life she realized she had a choice about what to think and how to feel, and in that way could choose how her story would turn out.

She did find her way home and later joined a coaching program which focused on relationships. She wanted all her relationships to be better, starting with the one she had with herself.

She started offering general life coaching, then earned her certification. Now she helps women who want to get married and have children figure out who to date.
