Mystic Monday | Stop Outsourcing Your Truth | Spiritual Awakening, Empath Empowerment and the Mystic's Path

REFLECTION AND PRACTICE FOR THE WEEK

~Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly. Instead of reaching up and out for answers, put your ear down and in. Ask your body: what is my next step? What is the greater vision?

~Use this command out loud: I release all fear of the truth now. Then ask: is doing blank in my highest and greatest good? And listen from the inside out.

~Ask yourself: what in my life is unfinished or unsaid? What am I still carrying guilt for? And then ask: what was the gift? Take that gift like a five year old on Christmas morning. You are worthy of it.
