Ask yourself what you have been waiting for permission to do. Stop waiting for the next oracle card or sign. Start moving your feet, the way the waters part only after you are chest deep.

Make an offering to the Earth this week. Take an item, a flower or incense, and blow your intention, your gratitude, your prayer into it. Give it to the ground and commit to your incarnation, to this life, in this body, right now.

When a repetitive or negative thought shows up, pause and ask it directly: "Do you serve love, yes or no?" If the answer is no, say out loud, "I'm taking you to the light now, the place of love and wholeness, and I release you now."

Practice opening your vision to receive guidance, and just as importantly, practice closing it when you are done.

Mystic Monday | THE SHAMANIC VIEW ON ORIGINAL SIN | Healing Religious Shame

The shamans I've studied with, medicine people from a lineage in the high Andes Mountains of Peru, don't believe in original sin. They believe we were given the garden and this human life to be stewards of the natural world and to self-actualize.

The word sin itself is Greek and it means to miss the mark. Not to be born evil. Not to be born unworthy.

Light a candle if you can. Let it be an emanation of the one God, a dwelling place of the Divine, not separate from you but here, now.

Imagine a sacred fire within your heart. This ancient symbol of purification and connection. Let it burn what is untrue. Toss in the belief that you are bad. Toss in the memories of what you've done wrong. Just let it burn.

Breathe. Feel it move through you, in your veins, growing, until it bursts out like a golden sun shining from the back of your heart, encasing your whole body in supernatural love and supernatural strength.

Then pray this with me:

God, may you remove from my life what you have not chosen for me. May the love that created us take the reins and remove from our world what no longer belongs, and transform what needs to be transformed, so that we may express the fullness of our love, our gifts, and our joy. And so it is.

~Ask yourself: what in my life is unfinished or unsaid? What am I still carrying guilt for? And then ask: what was the gift? Take that gift like a five year old on Christmas morning. You are worthy of it.

~Track your core wound. What is underneath your triggers? What has your inner child been carrying the longest? Name it. That is your blinking red arrow toward purpose.

~Ask for the gift: "Show me the gift. What is it my soul could not have gotten any other way?" And then listen.

~Create something from the most tender place within you. A poem. A song. A piece of writing. Raw and real. Let the wound become art. That is alchemy.

Mystic Monday | The Sacred Marriage of Masculine & Feminine: Shadow Work, The 5 Steps of Emotional Alchemy & The Empath's Path to Wholeness

We're in week three of our May theme: From Pain to Purpose, The Awakening Journey of the Sensitive Soul. Today we're going deeper into the inner alchemy… the sacred marriage of masculine and feminine within you, and the root-cause healing practice that moves you out of the swamp of healing and into your soul's purpose.

~ Why enlightenment isn't a perfected state. It's when you stop resisting the now You are not your emotions. You are pure awareness and soul. Within every gift is a challenge, within every challenge is a gift. And when your inner masculine and feminine come into sacred marriage, you become the one who creates heaven on Earth.

REFLECTION & PRACTICE FOR THE WEEK

~Where are you with your masculine and feminine? Stuck in the swamp of healing? Or pushing forward disconnected from your body, pleasure, and intuition? Name it out loud.

~What is ONE step you can take this week toward greater wholeness? One masculine action if you're too yin (finish the thing, set the boundary, take the sales call). One feminine surrender if you're too yang (slow down, feel, rest, receive).

~Practice the 5 Steps with one emotion visiting you: Unblend. Descend. Feel. Resolve ("When was the first time you felt this way, my love?"). Integrate (change the behavior).
