Mr. Garg has served the country as ex-Finance Secretary and Economic Affairs secretary between 2017 and 2019. He’s an IAS Officer who has served in various key positions across the Central Government and the Govt. of Rajasthan. He has also served as the Executive Director at the World Bank. He has recently written a fantastic book called The $10 Trillion Dream where he talks about the State of the Indian Economy and the Policy Reforms we need as a country. It’s very detailed account of where we stand across sectors like Agriculture, Infrastructure, Technology etc and how we can set up the right policies to grow these sectors and achieve the $10 Trillion Dollar Dream.
