Mezcals by the dozen, Thanksgiving cauliflowers and old friends. Leaving the bicycles to hitch an RV ride from Cholula in the state of Puebla to Oaxaca city.

Mexican Cornish pasties, Mayan non-calendars, smelly bodies and Pueblan choirs. We take our push bikes through the mountains of Hidalgo and end up in bustling Puebla.

Boiling water, the Chichimeca, saving cheese and selling ones soul to a saint. All while cycling from Guanajuato city to just over the state border of Hidalgo.

Poems from politicians, the golden age of Mexican rock and roll, Purépechan classical music, election night and unpronounceable names. The bike tour continues as we pedal our bicycles from Tzintzuntzan, Michoacán to the tunnels of Guanajuato.

Sandal churros, colourful humming birds, mezcal and the coming of the dead. We load up the panniers to go between the towns of Vista Hermosa and Tzintzuntzan.
