It's HUMP DAY, the guys are here and the RED CARPET has been rolled out!!!  Tonight Mr. C.J. Sports and Mike Perricone have out done themselves.  The 110 Nation's very own writer, Shannon Bolin will be joining the studio to get the show kicked off.  They gang will be talking NASCAR, Chase, MLB and any other hot sports topics.  Then, HANNAH NEWHOUSE will be in the studio.  She will join the show at 8 PM EST to talk 2016, racing, life, off-season, 2017 and any and every THING between!!!  Then, she was in the studio last week giving her picks and yes, SHORTY with join the gang at 8:30 PM EST to give this week's NFL picks.  Then the guys will finish up on any NFL or NCAAF news that needs The 110 thought on it!!!  Show kicks off at 7 PM EST, so TUNE IN!!!

It has made it's way back around, it's time for the #1 night here on The 110 Nation Sports Radio Network.  Tonight, Mr. C.J. Frank describes his journey through the NASCAR world and beyond. A self taught mechanic, fabricator, race car driver, Frank was a big part of the do it yourself to make a living era in NASCAR. His #79 Road Runner was a contender each week, and with a lot of help from Maurice & Richard Petty, NASCAR knew Frank was there. A good friend of J.D. McDuffie, Frank talks about his devastating death, and how it affected him.

Ann also has been around racing her whole life, first on Long Island and now in Florida. Then, Kyle Ellwood, a Modified, Legend and Late Model competitor, will be with us to talk about the upcoming JAY TRINCA MEMORIAL RACEWAY, dedicated to a young man taken way too soon.
