Shoremates,
Welcome back to the 4th law from John Maxwell's The 15 Invaluable Laws of Leadership.
The 4th Law, Self Reflection, is the one law which could radically change your life at a faster pace than you can imagine.
The big point from this, to quote John himself, is "Reflection turns experience into insight."
In this episode, we cover 10 incredibly important questions to ask yourself, along with 4 "I's" when you take time to pause. This episode is a bit shorter today, as the "take action today" items will take time!
Action item 1:
Where in your house or apartment can you create a “Stop and Think” place? No matter where it is, it is good to have one of these places.
Action item 2:
Spend time going through John’s 10 questions for self awareness. This will take time, but it is well worth it. During these moments, it is important to write down the question, write down the answers, and to be brutally honest. If this is uncomfortable for you, I applaud you for moving out of your comfort zone. I hope you are one of the 1% who takes action on this.
Always Remember, you've got this!
