For starters, yes, Zay Jones could've been the team's first-round pick instead of White.
Locking up their own core players is obviously a smart business move for the Bills, a team that was one game away from the Super Bowl. But what must they do next to catch Kansas City? We examine it all and, also, look at the NFL as a whole into free agency.
