Most high-performing women I work with aren’t stuck because they’re doing nothing.
They’re stuck because they’re either doing everything or they don’t know what to do next — and either way, they don’t have a system that integrates it all.
In this episode, I break down the two biggest mistakes that keep women running 7- and 8-figure businesses exhausted, even when they’re doing “all the right things.”
The first is fragmented healing. When the gut, hormones, thyroid, nervous system, and mitochondria are treated as separate problems, the body never fully recovers.
Energy breaks down when communication between systems breaks down, and no single protocol can fix that in isolation.
The second mistake is trying to effort your way into healing. High performers are wired to push harder when something feels off, but the body doesn’t heal through force. It heals when it has the capacity and safety to shift out of survival mode.
