Spirituality & Religion : The Co-Host's discuss what are the differences between spirituality and religion, and how it relates to personal growth and development. The Co-Host's really go into detail about how spirituality has resonated individually in each of them and what have been their experiences in religion and in the church. They also answer the big questions of what god means to them and what they believe happens after death. 

Checking In : The Co-Host's go into detail about the importance of checking in and what it means to be present in the moment with friends, family and relationships. The Co-Host's reflect on the transition of starting the podcast,  what it has meant to accept and come to terms with taking criticism, critiques and positioning yourself on a platform of reverence. They also speak about how checking in brings out insecurities, understanding, and may heal you in many ways you may never even know could happen. 

Double Standards : The Co-Host's discuss societies views and understandings of double standards on men & women, gender, sexuality, race, religion and the overall conscientitous of what goes into fueling these standards. How they've been initiated throughout our early development and presently. As well as, how we need to challenge ourselves to break these barriers and assemble better habits in the knowledge and impact of double standards through society and how we need to grow within that.  

Sex and Intimacy : This week's episode the Co-Host's discuss their views on the art of sex and everything that goes into this most sacred act and what they think about the intricacies of indulging in sex. They also discuss what intimacy is definitively for each of them and what that means in today's day and age as well as discussing safe sex, abortion and being pro-choice.

Knowing When to Let Go : The Co-Host's discuss knowing when to let go and everything this entails. Trusting in your own intuition, moving off faith, taking accountability for who you are in situations, and all the fears that goes into letting go in all aspects of career, relationship, friendship and in life generally. 

Our Introductory Episode : This First Episode is a introduction of the three Co-Host's Lee, Melo and Q. We are giving the back stories on each of us individually and who we are at this moment and time.
