The 2019 elections produce losses for Republicans in Virginia and Kentucky. Both Wisconsin and Kentucky remain razor thin swing states, and abortion is the dividing issue. Two things are happening. America is in decline -- twice as many Republicans are in favor of homosexual marriage as were in 2009. And, America is a house divided against itself. The polarization gap has grown from 27- to 86- -Republican to Democrat on presidential approval-. It could hardly be worse.
