We thank you so much for your patience at this time. It's a shame our first podcast that we've shared in such a long time is coming under these conditions
We talk about where we are and how we've managed things since last Friday's government announcement that all gyms must close. It's been a hard, tiring and emotional few days. We're currently on lockdown, therefore, are communicating and running things remotely.
Moving forwards, we will be providing lots in the form of online content to help improve, maintain and manage your (and our) health during these crazy days.
