Precision is what separates a real claim from a marketing phrase. “High quality” and “results-driven” are not proof anymore. Specific, measurable statements build trust because they are harder to fake and easier to hold accountable.
Passion is not theatrics. It is conviction. People believe people who believe what they are saying. A neutral tone trains your audience to feel neutral about your offer, and that is how you get treated like a commodity.
