How many of you have a business fam? Or are starting one? If either of those questions apply to you I’m going to drop a bomb here for you.

What do you think are the main problems business owners and entrepreneurs struggle with?

Hint: It’s not something that comes to mind right away. It’s often those little things that you overlook until they become a big problem.

I know for a fact that I struggled with focus for a long time, I jumped from one thing to another and never really focused on only one. Don’t waste your time on starting 5 businesses at the same time if you won’t be able to manage them. Even if it’s just a single business, you need to focus on your specific audience and potential customers. Don’t try to expand too fast or it will come back to bite you.

And speaking of time I really recommend you work on building your team. A single person can only do so much. You can’t work on getting clients, making content, delivering for your clients, do your finances, etc. by yourself. Find somebody that specializes in the things you need.

Do you need to run ads? Instead of trying to learn them from scratch and doing everything else at the same time hire a specialist. You as the CEO need to focus on setting a direction and making sure everything works as intended, you can manage your team but let them do their thing while you do yours.
