How are you weathering the storms that you're in right now?

Life will drop circumstances in your lap, you can count on it. What's not always a sure thing is handling those storms with peace and confidence. 

One of my goto tools for weathering the storms of life has been meditation. And over the years I've found that I turn to different types of meditations depending on what I'm going through. 

In today's episode I'm sharing with you the three types of meditation I use to help me cope with life's challenges. By the end of the episode you'll be more equipped to create some inner peace in the midst of outer turmoil.
