I posted a question on Instagram stories about what content to create & attachment styles is one I’m particularly interested in as I had a struggled childhood & I’m now aware of how this affected my relationships growing up. I’ve learnt about it in uni so this podcast will be about how I understand them from my interpretation. At the end I explain which one I relate to the most & why, which I think a lot of the listeners may be able to agree with.
