THE 4 PERSONS SHOW

A discussion of the doctrines of Mary.

The Katholic Ken Apologetics show

We have just received IRS notification confirming our status. Terry Delp and I will discuss that as well as the name and mission and vision of this apostolate.

After this week, this show will move from 7:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

Including an obsessed lunatic and Catholic books

St. Augustine famously wrote that “The New Testament lies hidden in the Old and the Old Testament is unveiled in the New”. It is amazing to see how God uses figures from the Old Testament to foreshadow Christ and His church. When we think of the New Testament, we usually understand it to be exclusively in the Bible. However, can’t it be said that we are living in the New Testament now? The story of Christ’s church still continues until the end of time. Would it be all that surprising if various events in Church history are “hidden” in the Old Testament, as St. Augustine says? Astonishingly, Our Lady’s apparitions bear remarkable resemblances to Old Testament stories about the ark and the prophets! What else could be “hidden” in the Old Testament?

Dominic is an expert on Old Testament typology and on Marian Apparitions. A former enthusiastic supporter of Medjugorje, who actually went there, he now recognizes it (like every other sane Catholic in the world) as a demonic fraud. He may return on a future show to discuss it. Tonight, he will focus on places Mary actually has been to such as Lourdes, Fatima, Guadalupe, Pontmaine and Lasalette.

In this episide, we warmly welcome Diana von Glahn, host of the Faithful Traveler and walking buddy par excellence.  Deb and Diana will discuss the challenges of the mind/body/heart relationship in various contexts of life.

William Hemsworth- Burnt toast and coffee

William discusses how the church handled the Arian crisis in the 4th century.

When Protestants began to separate from the errors of believing Catholics have a replacement theology instead of a fulfillment theology is when they would begin to understand Catholicism.

There are many images in the Old Covenant which show us how the sacraments effect our souls in the spiritual reality of the New Covenant.

It was Augustine who said, refering to the Old and New Testament, “the new is in the old concealed, the old is in the new revealed.”

Protestantism to a point has to be ignorant in order to separate from 1500 years of truth. It began to be developed when most people could not even read and offered a religion of candy  instead of vegetables to the people and People need to eat their  vegetables.

Paul writes:

Obey your prelates who have the rule over you for they watch over your souls.

He says he has been given a ministry of reconciliation.

But all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Christ; and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.

2 Cor 5:18

Satan is the enemy of God and His church. God's Catholic church is the unified fortress against all the powers of hell. They are many. All of the anti-catholic religions of the world combine with the atheists, the secularists and those of Freemasonry and Socialism. Moreover, the fake Catholics add to their number- the liberals, pro-aborts and those of the pro gay and LBGT disorders, along with the modernists, the radical trads and the promoters of the occult masquerading as Catholic Revelation- MDM, Garabandal, Medjugorje.

It's a war out there. Know the enemy.
