Every leader knows the feeling. Surrounded by people all week and known by almost none of them. In this episode, Pastor Arthur J. James sits down with coach and ministry leader Denise Mock to name that loneliness out loud and do something about it. Denise has spent more than 36 years in leadership, six of them as a pastor, all while building a coaching practice on the side. She serves as Director of Assimilation at Greenwood Church in North Carolina and has spent more than 36 years in leadership, including six years as a pastor.
