This summer, we are working on ourselves and getting bluntly honest with the parts of ourselves that need work, and for me that’s money management. In this episode, I share my top 3 books that deserve some credit for the internal glow up I’ve been experiencing;’ “You were Born For This: Astrology For Radical Self Acceptance” by Chani Nicholas, “The Psychology Of Money” by Morgan Housel and “Manifest: 7 Steps To Living Your Dream Life” by Roxie Nafousi. All three of these books have allowed me to put action behind my dreams, understand my purpose, and be intentional about my money for my future. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

In this episode, I share my non negotiables; physical and mental excercises I carve time out of my day to ensure I stay as grounded and mentally secure as I can be. I share how I discovered my non negotiables, the importance of consistency when honoring these practices, why one of them should involve movement, and ultimately just give you a reminder that during these challenging times, both globally and on a personal level, we all have a duty to show up for ourselves and our mental health to ensure we are in a capacity to then help others. Life can be super challenging, overwhelming, and unpredictable, but I've found when I'm consistent with my non negotiables, dealing with those uncertain times feel a lot more attainable.

I take you through my elite hangover cures to maintain your healthiest self, remind us of the power of balance, and why we need the challenging days to appreciate the good ones otherwise we'd have no perspective. Typically I'd say grab your glass of wine and enjoy but in this case, water is the winner.

Recently I've been going through so many personal changes that the ground beneath me feels absent. Has this been a scary time? Absolutely. But more than ever, it's shown me the relationship I have with the Universe and the power of trusting everything is working out for your greatest good. We are constantly comparing ourselves to others... other relationships, other careers, other people's achievements... but today that stops. In this episode, I get into the many ways I've found myself comparing to others and showcasing jealousy but how I've worked through that and truly realize I'm in my own lane. We all offer something unique to the world and need to remember to be in our own lane, our own league, and embody what makes us special. So long are the days of comparing ourselves to others; we are now the main characters in our own shows.
