Ambassadors serve as hosts and hostesses as well as information specialists during special Georgia College functions sponsored by the President, the Office of Admissions, Institutional Advancement, and the college and schools of the University. Ambassadors serve as student admissions representatives, campus tour guides, commencement/convocation ushers and attendants, as well as role models and informal mentors to prospective and entering students.

Swipe Out Hunger is part of a national organization that is working to end student hunger. Swipe Out Hunger helps raise awareness about food insecurity and aids students who struggle with hunger.
