Over the last decade I spent over $300,000 on personal development. Courses, seminars, retreats, meditations, coaches, consultants - you name it, I've probably done it. 

However, I didn't get the return on my investment financially (I still haven't earned most of that $300k back!). I got my real breakthrough when I started training for the marathon - a goal I had in my vision book for years. Being locked down during Covid was the perfect time to start training. I won't let anyone lock me up at home to get fat and unfit - I wanted to get fit.
