Another con has come and gone, and we're highlighting some of the big announcements from Star Wars Celebration 2023! They dropped the Ahsoka trailer and it's looking more like a teaser for Rebels: Live Action. Somehow Rey Skywalker returned...and this time she is bringing in a new generation of Jedi with her.

This week starts off strong with the 1st trailer for Blue Beetle! And this is just the hit that the DC film franchise needs, it's got everything you could want a plucky teen superhero, video game callbacks, and George Lopez! We didn't just get one awesome trailer, we also got a new teaser for Secret Invasion...I guess they're keeping the story a secret too because we still don't know what's happening. And what's the deal with Emilia Clarke?!

Kang's Dynasty may be over before it even has a chance to start. Johnathan Majors has been arrested for allegedly assaulting someone, what could this mean for his future at Disney and Marvel's plan for this latest Phase? We had a very special guest star in the latest episode of The Mandalorian, not only did we get to see how Grogu survived Order 66, but we got to meet the Jedi who saved him...Kelleran Beq AKA Jar Jar Binks AKA Ahmed Best! It's a remediation story for the ages. Finally we wrap it up with our takes on Lady Gaga's first looks as Harley Quinn.

Believe it or not Shazam 2 over promised and under delivered at the box office opening weekend, getting horrible reviews from critics but fans left loving it. James Gunn took to social media baring his soul and hope for his new Superman: Legacy film. Another trending topic in pop culture this week is a sort of "What If" story saying that Peter Parker would have the perfect life if he never became the Wall Crawler of New York, we debate if the multiverse would be better off without Spider-Man and some of your other favorite MCU heroes. To wrap up this week, we're introducing a new game that will put our comics knowledge to the test!
