The 7 Levers That Break Through 7-Figure Plateaus
In this video I walk through the 7 levers I use with clients to break through plateaus at any revenue level.
This is the economic framework behind scaling, and it's got nothing to do with creative testing or hiring a new agency. It's the actual math that determines whether growth is even possible at your current numbers. Because once you see how these levers connect, you simply have to determine which one has the fastest, most likely chance of getting you where you need to be.
