Antonio T. Smith, Jr. Guided Meditation

I lived in a trashcan for so long, it might be in my birth certificate. From 6-15, I was left completely alone. I was distressed. I was abandoned. I was left to my own devices. One of those devices was my mind. It turned out to be the best device possible. Today, I am incredibly successful, by worldly standards, but if it were not for the meditation that happened in the trash cam there would be mo success that I can hold outside of it.

This 7 phase guided meditation is extremely personal to me. I’ve done it for years, every morning. I have been developing this guided meditation since I was 6. From my pain flows the healing-conquering light within this meditation. Without it, I would be lost. In the self-sabotaging labyrinth that is my mind it is my pleasure to share this with you.

Below are the 7 phases. This meditation is on the background of my favorite movie “Cloud Atlas”, a movie about the journey and evolution of souls through reincarnation. I pray That this finds you in perfect peace. If not, I pray it finds you in your perfect destruction so it can get you out of your trashcan as well.
