The 8-bit Show

Lot’s to talk about on this week’s show! We have Gamer Anonymous’ Gamer Girl Calendar, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, Borderlands, Outland, Paper Man & more! Plus we get down on your questions sent in by the live audience which covers the topics of preordering downloadable games, and Sequels we want that won’t be released…. EVER! Tune in and check it out!

We get a bit of Ocarina of Time 3DS talk in, as well as Wii Play Motion, Words With Friends, Ninja Turtles Smash-Up, Groove Coaster, VVVVVV, Geometry Wars, Dragon Age II and tons more! Plus we have the answers to our “What video game character would you marry?” question.

We have a great episode full of games, listener feedback and infomative infotainment. Let your ears rejoice and don’t forget to head out to the firstmeet up of the Retro Game League at Super Gamers Anonymous!

It was kinda a small week for games (save for Jon, of course), but this podcast is full of listener questions again. If you submitted one, be sure to take a listen and enjoy the awesomeness! We cover the Mega Man/Capcom issue that has gamers in an uproar along with discussions on the area of sequels and old games that deserve them!

Late again. It comes with a story though. God, himself, did not want this podcast to be released. It’s so awesome that it would be proof that God had to exist, thus making God vanish in a puff of smoke! Because of that, I had to traverse all nine levels of hell to bring it back so you all could listen to it.  We go over so many games and answer some awesome listener questions that there just wasn’t enough time for anything else. Listen, comment, love it!

A little late here, but despite my lack of time, I have a podcast here for you! Geometry Wars, Ocarina of Time 3D, Alice 2, Totemo, Outland, Resident Evil Mercenaries 3D, No More Heroes and Minecraft are the games discussed this episode, plus we cover Xambot’s Move, Short Circut, Tina Fey’s Bossy Pants, Hanna, the Transformers movies, 3D movies in general, and X-Men First Class! Plus new releases, news and our response to Jeremy’s comment!

E3 coverage galore! We talk about the juicy parts of the gaming event of the year! Wii U, Vita, and uhhh….   Kinect???

More awesomeness arrives this week! We discuss far too many games, such as pinochle, cribbage, bridge. For video games, we talk about Tetris,  Pokemon, Plants vs. Zombies, Ninja Town, Dead or Alive: Dimensions, Castlevania, Kinect and much more!

We introduce our new cohost, Jon Sakura, of Gamers Anonymous, to the 8-bit show and talk about LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean, Outland and L.A. Noir and many more, including the first part of our Mega Man game club.  News topics in the shownotes below!

Not much talk for Portal 2 here, but plenty of games are discussed, including Demon Souls, Robot Unicorn Attack. Also we talk about the Erasure song, Always, from RUA at length We start the Mega Man game club next week, so be sure to get it and play through a few stages!
