Pastor Cameron starts looking at our third dwelling place, the Temple of Solomon. Solomon's temple was actually initiated by his father David - though David was not allowed to build the temple he received the vision for it and helped Solomon prepare for the work. This inter generational temple is a picture of what God wants to do in the church today!

Why did David's tabernacle lack a veil? Why did God allow David, and those who were like-minded, to enter His unveiled presence, though they were living in the Old Covenant? The reason is that David had an overwhelming desire for the presence of God - this desire moved the heart of God, as Pastor Cameron shares on today's podcast.

On today's episode Pastor Cameron discusses the way David rejoiced when the Israelites brought the Ark to the tabernacle on Mount Zion. David was willingly to passionately worship - he cared more about God's opinion than the opinions of man, and we should follow this example.

When transporting the Ark of the Covenant, Uzzah reached out to touch it, and lost his life. This story shows us the danger of trying to control and manipulate the presence of God - if we want to be His dwelling place we need to follow His ways and not try to create things on our own.
