According to AllThingsD, Apple's big iPhone event may be less than a month away. A recent rumor has the entire tech world speculating on what Apple may announce at this upcoming iPhone keynote. Will we see a low budget iPhone?

Recent findings have somewhat confirmed that Apple has plans to implement a fingerprint scanner into a future iPhone. There's no way to tell which model iPhone Apple plans to use this with, but Hamza Sood has discovered references to the fingerprint scanning technology within the code of iOS 7 beta 4. Recently, Google released a new iPad mini competitor. The new Nexus 7 is packed with performance at an affordable price. With that, what do you expect Apple to do in order to compete?
