Damon Peirce, RN, BSN, MHA
Damon is a Nurse and owner at Thrive Wellness Center. Damon’s been a proud Siouxlander for 24 years. After moving to Siouxland, Damon attended Western Iowa Tech to obtain his nursing degree, followed by Briar Cliff University to obtain his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Damon has been a nursing professional in Siouxland for the past 22 years, serving in a variety of roles from critical care all the way to senior administration, serving as the Chief Nursing Officer for the Dunes Surgical Hospital.
Damon is married to his beautiful wife, Amy, who is a nurse practitioner in Siouxland, and they have 4 teenage children. Damon and Amy opened Thrive Wellness Center in Sioux City 1 year ago to bring innovative and personalized holistic wellness modalities to Siouxland. He has experienced profound and life-changing benefits since embarking on his health and wellness journey a few years ago. Some benefits include 40 lb weight loss, improved mental, physical and emotional health, along with discontinuing numerous prescription medications. Healthy lifestyle modifications have been absolutely life changing.

He is active in his church, serves on Western Iowa Tech’s alumni board, is currently attending Leadership Siouxland, is a member of the Cosmopolitan Club, is very active with Chamber of Commerce events, and has recently become an Ambassador for the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce.
Damon believes that you don’t have to be perfect to be healthy; small, intentional steps towards wellness can make a huge difference.
