  • #125 Numerology: The Language the Universe Uses to Know You

This episode is a special one.

Of all the subjects I’ve studied, lived, and applied, numerology is the one I know more deeply than any other. In this conversation, I take you into the ancient art of numerology — not as superstition, but as a structured system that explains energy, pattern, and human experience with remarkable precision.

I break down what a numerology chart actually entails, the different components within it, and how the energy of numbers operates in real life. I also share how I learned numerology, how I came to understand numbers as energy, and how today it’s possible for anyone to begin doing their own numerology readings with the right framework.

I work primarily with the Pythagorean system, and I explain how it evolves beyond mysticism into something closer to a science — intersecting with physics, engineering, probability, and even the future itself. Numerology, at its core, is about how the universe recognises you as an individual within the system we all belong to.

I also share a formative insight given to me as a teenager by Mark Gruner — known as the numbers science guy from Harvard — an understanding that changed everything: no matter what appears in your chart, you have free will, and you can change it.

We explore how human conditioning — from parents, teachers, peers, media, and culture — can influence how these numerical energies express themselves in your life, and how numerology helps explain why certain patterns, events, and unexplainable feelings arise when they do.

Numerology holds the position that nothing is random, nothing is unexplainable, and that one day, everything will be understood.

If there was ever an episode I felt supremely confident delivering at the highest level, this is it.

  • #131 Regulating the Nervous System in an Unregulated World

This episode is a personal reflection on something I’ve only done recently — stepping away from social media, and what’s unfolded since.

After years of being plugged in, watching the noise grow louder, the outrage cycles faster, and the pressure to pick a side intensify, I made a conscious choice to disconnect from certain platforms and conversations. Not out of denial, and not because “nothing’s wrong,” but because I noticed what constant exposure was doing to my nervous system, my clarity, and my energy.

In this podcast, I share what I’ve observed since unplugging — how overwhelming the online world can become, how conspiracy thinking often feeds opposition rather than solutions, and why so much of the “fight everything” mindset actually drains people of the energy they need to do meaningful things in their own lives.

I talk honestly about the not-so-great aspects of the world — corporate bullying, manipulation, and systems that don’t serve people — but I also offer an alternative to living in constant reaction. Instead of outrage and endless online battles, I explore the power of opting out, turning inward, and simply choosing not to support what doesn’t align.

This episode isn’t about pretending everything is fine. It’s about recognising that you don’t have to carry the weight of the entire world on your nervous system to live consciously. Sometimes the most effective response isn’t opposition — it’s withdrawal, discernment, and quiet, aligned action.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, overstimulated, or exhausted by the online world, this conversation offers a calmer, more grounded way forward.

  • #133 Forgiving Without an Apology

In this episode, I talk about something most people avoid, resist, or misunderstand — forgiveness.

Not the kind that waits for an apology. Not the kind that excuses what happened. But the kind you do for yourself when the apology is never coming.

This applies to dysfunctional family dynamics, workplace betrayals, long-term deception, and the many ways people can wrong us and then walk away untouched. Different hurts leave different scars, but the result is often the same — lingering anger, frustration, sleepless nights, elevated stress, and a nervous system that never truly settles.

I explain why holding onto anger keeps cortisol high, keeps your body in survival mode, and quietly poisons your future. Stubbornness can lock people into these states for weeks, months, even years — and while we think we’re punishing others, we’re actually trapping ourselves.

This episode is about the mechanics of forgiveness. I share what I went through personally, the resources that helped me, and the practical process I use — going back and forth, transmuting the charge, and then making a clear, conscious statement and ceremony of forgiveness. Not as symbolism, but as a real energetic and psychological release.

I also share techniques to clear the last traces — the residue that tries to linger — so that what once hurt deeply becomes a distant memory, truly in the rear-view mirror.

Because when you release this properly, something remarkable happens. Your energy changes. You sleep better. You attract better experiences. You stop repelling life.

Had I not done this work, I know exactly who I’d still be — bitter, angry, frustrated. And that’s not a beautiful way to live.

This episode is about reclaiming your peace, your health, and your future — even when no one ever says sorry.

  • #137 Angel Numbers 2.0

Back in September 2024, I released one of my very first podcasts on angel numbers — before I really knew how to podcast, and before I’d even listened to anyone else’s. Since then, life has done what it does best: offered hindsight, clarity, and deeper understanding.

Over the past year and a half, angel numbers have continued to show up everywhere for me — and interestingly, for almost everyone I seem to cross paths with. That consistency pushed me to revisit the subject, not because the original episode was wrong or messy, but because my ability to articulate what’s actually happening has evolved.

In this episode, Angel Numbers 2.0, I break things down more clearly:

The difference between universal number patterns and individual, personal numbers

The underlying energy behind each number

What those energies may be pointing you toward, nudging you to notice, or inviting you to reflect on

This isn’t about rigid meanings or superstition — it’s about awareness, pattern recognition, and understanding how numbers can act as gentle signals from the universe when you’re paying attention.

The original angel numbers episode turned out to be one of my most popular, which told me this is a topic people are genuinely curious about. So here we are, revisiting it in 2026, with more clarity, more lived experience, and more nuance.

And who knows — as more things come to light, there may be another update down the track. That’s the beauty of life. We’re always learning, evolving, and growing.

    Thanks for listening.

  • #139 Breaking the Box – A Reading from My Recent Blogs

In this episode, I share a couple of my latest blogs—written just in the last few days—that explore what it really means to break out of the mental and energetic boxes we didn’t even realise we were living in.

I begin by reading two pieces in full, including Breaking the Box and You Don’t Just Imagine Reality, You Participate in It, then expand on a series of other recent writings that sit in the same space of awareness, curiosity, and lived insight.

These include reflections such as The New Age as an Esoteric Emergence, What Happens When You Meet Someone More Awake Than You, The Solitude of Truth, The Year I Stepped Off the Hamster Wheel, The Sound That Crosses the Veil, and How Resonance Frequency Music Connects You to Something Far Greater. I also touch on themes like timing, synchronicity, compassion, and love—why they’re not abstract ideas, but active forces that shape our experience and even our biology.

This episode is simply a sharing.

No paywalls, no agenda—just thoughts, observations, and a few nuggets of gold for anyone who’s on a journey of awareness or inner change. If you’re questioning things, noticing shifts, or just need something that brings a quiet smile of recognition, this one’s for you.

  • #140 They

How often do we hear it — they are doing this, they don’t want you to know that, they are controlling things? Whether it’s injustice, fear, or frustration with the world, “they” becomes a convenient placeholder for anger and resentment. But who exactly is they?

In this drive-by episode, recorded on the move, I explore the idea that they may not be a group of people at all, but a level of consciousness — an older way of thinking, operating, and seeing the world. Much like how we now look back at certain beliefs or practices of past generations and recognise that we simply know better today.

This episode is about stepping out of blame and into awareness. About recognising that peace doesn’t come from fighting an imagined enemy, but from moving beyond outdated energies, narratives, and reactions. When we let go of they, we reclaim our own clarity, responsibility, and peace of mind.

  • #141 Beyond Fear

This podcast is my answer to the question everyone eventually asks: “So… what do you actually do?”

It’s for people who know there’s more to life than quick fixes, surface-level advice, and scrolling past the things that could genuinely change everything—because, let’s be honest, we’re all a little distracted and somehow “too busy” to look at what might save us.

We start at the foundation: body, mind, and soul—not as separate ideas, but as one interconnected system. Nothing here is more important than anything else. You don’t fix the body without the mind, you don’t heal the mind without the soul, and none of it exists outside the system we’re all part of.

From there, we zoom out and look at how this system actually works. When you understand it, fear starts to dissolve—because you can’t fear what you truly understand. The unknown only stays scary when no one explains it properly.

And finally, we test it. No blind belief, no “just trust me.” We look at proof, real-world application, and how these principles show up in everyday life—practically, tangibly, and repeatably.

This isn’t a trend, a method, or something that will be replaced by the next big thing. It’s about us at our core—how humans work. And whether it’s today or a hundred years from now, that part won’t change.

  • #145 Relationships

Welcome to a podcast that dives deep into the mirrors our relationships hold—family, love, or friends.

I unpack how we subconsciously reflect fears, insecurities, wounds, and traumas back to each other, and how the universe does the same. It’s all an inside job: healing those parts makes every bond stronger. We explore the soul, mind, and body layers of attraction—none trumps the other. Join me as we turn pain into growth and connection.

  • #146 The Domesday Time Clock 2026

Every January, a group of scientists reset the Doomsday Clock — a symbolic countdown to global catastrophe based on nuclear war, climate change, AI, and humanity’s own self-inflicted chaos. In 2026, they’re saying we’re just 85 seconds to midnight — the closest we’ve ever been.

So I turned on the news, saw the fear machine firing on all cylinders, and decided to hit record.

In this episode, I unpack what the Doomsday Clock really is, why the mainstream media loves using it to inject fear into the masses, and how nothing about this narrative is quite what it seems. I break down how we’ve been cleverly distracted, conditioned, and fooled — and why there’s a much bigger intelligence at play here… and it’s not me.

If you think the world is “ending,” think again. Things are changing fast — so fast that soon you won’t recognise what’s happening around you. And when that hits, you might find yourself racing back through these podcasts, the books, and everything else, trying to piece together what’s actually going on.

This one pulls the curtain back. Strap in.

  • #147 This Month 52 Podcasts!

This is a short one — just under 10 minutes — but it marks something massive.

January 2026 makes 52 podcasts. Fifty-two. Most running close to an hour. That’s a full year’s worth of episodes dropped in a single month.

In this episode, I just wanted to pause, acknowledge it, and say a genuine thank you. The listener numbers, the listening hours, the engagement — what used to take a month is now happening daily, and that’s because of you.

So this is a shout-out to everyone tuning in, sharing, listening, and coming back for more. And if you know of anyone else who’s put out 52 podcast episodes in one month, I’d honestly love to hear about it — drop it in the comments.

Grateful. Energised. And just getting started.
