I met Dylan perchance on this platform, substack has been nothing but a great place to be! Truly it is the home of many wonderful and great voices, Dylan is certainly one of them. Please enjoy the Rogan/Fradd style conversation that we had over on his podcast The Modern Quest!
In other news, thank you so much for listening to the Classic Life Podcast, this will be the last episode of the Podcast. I feel as though the Classic Life has run its course, I have thoroughly enjoyed hosting a podcast but my time has come I believe. Starting Law School in two weeks as well as marriage is a huge commitment yes, but I just feel that the podcast’s time has come. I will still be running my substack, and perhaps releasing the occasional short podcast, but the Classic Life Podcast, is now done!
Godspeed
Soli Deo Gloria
Chapter 2 deals with the “Rabble Rousers” - as I have called them - Lyotard, Derrida, and most of all Michel Foucault. Those who truly pushed forward Nietzhche’s beliefs of “The Will to Power.” The Rabble Rousers made it mainstream in the public conscience.
— Please enjoy!

Tradition has value as it teaches much about suffering, yet it is often a tool that the evangelical church shuns, why is that? Moreover, why is it that so many modern christians experience doubt, sorrow, depression, and anxiety, let’s examine that today on the Classic Life Podcast!

Today I am doing a review of the novel by Fyodor Dostoevsky, The Brother’s Karamazov. To be specific, I am really only doing one chapter of the book, as it would easily take me 10 hours to do a whole book review. So today I will be talking a chapter entitled “The Grand Inquisitor.”
