How many times have you heard others say that you can manifest anything and everything that you want, and if you dont its because of your “vibration”

Or that everything that happens in your life, you (and you alone) attracted/manifested it because of your “vibration”

Or, in my opinion the most ridiculous one ….. that if you believe you have something then you have it.

Does this make sense to you? Is it helpful? Are there other factors at play? Is it more nuanced and complex than others would have us believe?
