This week, Molly and Dean are joined by Alex who reflects on his education , his post 16 journey and explores his careers in Zoology and Medicinal Science. 

Molly and Dean are joined by Lottie an MFL teacher and Becky a PE teacher as they dive into current affairs and pedagogy across the curriculum. 

Dean, a secondary school drama teacher, and Molly, a primary teacher, share stories about their lives as teachers and playwrights . They take a 'deep dive' into Buxton Fringe and talk to an array of special guests. This is an hour-long special version available on all podcast platforms.

For the first time on our Podcast, Dean and Molly are joined by Actor, Frances Knight. Fran lives and works in London, her most recent credits include    staring in Simon Stephens 'County Music' and a national commercial for children's charity NSPCC. Fran reflects on her education experience, talks about the importance of arts education within schools as well as the career pathways available to students. 

This week Molly and Dean discuss the latest education news, reminisce on their time at the Buxton Fringe 2019 and talk about some exciting projects for fringe 2020.

As educators we believe we play an important part in helping echo the voices of the BAME community and helping ensure our education system is inclusive. We have put together a podcast in which we reflect on our own teaching practice and talk about ways in which we can ensure everyone is represented in our classrooms.
