Today we're going to go behind the curtain with Bayden Brown. 

Seven CrossFit Opens, Four Regionals and One CrossFit Games experience for the 24 year old hailing from CrossFit Townsville. 

Bayden placed 17th in the world and first in Australia after the 2019 CrossFit Open, and then seventh in the world and first in Australia again for the 2020 CrossFit Open.
